TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the EvoRaiderVPN service (“Service”), operated under Evolai.tech and owned by Walther & Snow Retail Services, a company registered in the United Kingdom under company number SC765207 (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By purchasing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of Service

EvoRaiderVPN provides encrypted VPN connectivity, privacy tools, and security filtering features depending on the subscription plan:

  • Plan 1 – Zero-Logs Private VPN: Full VPN encryption with no activity logs retained.

  • Plan 2 – Global Threat Protection VPN: Global malware, phishing, malicious-domain blocking with daily threat-list updates; zero logs retained.

  • Plan 3 – Personalized Protection VPN: User-specific filtering rules, tracking-domain blocking, and personalized content/threat filtering. Temporary metadata logs retained for 24 hours only, solely to enforce personalized rules, then automatically deleted.

All plans include DNS encryption, IP masking, and encrypted tunneling.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. The Service may not be used where prohibited by law.

4. Account Registration

You must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining account security and all actions associated with your account.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

5.1 Payment Processors

Payments are handled exclusively by third-party payment processors such as Stripe, PayPal/Braintree, Mollie, or others (“Payment Processors”).
We do not collect or store credit card numbers or sensitive payment details. All sensitive data is processed by Payment Processors under PCI-DSS compliance.

5.2 Subscription Billing

By subscribing, you authorize automatic recurring charges based on the billing interval you selected (monthly or annual). Billing continues until you cancel.

5.3 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, the Payment Processor may retry (“dunning”). If the payment remains incomplete, your subscription may be suspended.

5.4 Refund Policy

Refund requests are assessed individually. Refunds are not granted in cases of Terms violations or misuse of the Service.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You must not use the Service to:

  • Conduct or support illegal activities

  • Send spam, malware, or malicious traffic

  • Perform hacking, intrusion attempts, or DDoS attacks

  • Violate intellectual property rights

  • Commit fraud, impersonation, or phishing

  • Host or distribute harmful or abusive content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating this policy without refund.

7. Logging Policy

7.1 Plans 1 and 2 (Zero-Logs)

For these plans, we do not store:

  • Browsing activity

  • DNS queries

  • Connection timestamps

  • Original or assigned IP addresses

  • Traffic content

  • Session metadata

7.2 Plan 3 (24-Hour Temporary Logs)

To enforce per-user filtering, non-identifiable metadata may be processed for up to 24 hours. These temporary logs:

  • Are strictly technical

  • Are automatically deleted after 24 hours

  • Are never shared

  • Are never used to identify users

  • Are not kept long-term under any circumstances

8. Threat and Content Filtering

Depending on the plan, the Service may block malicious domains, phishing sites, botnets, or tracking domains, either globally (Plan 2) or individually (Plan 3).

9. Service Availability

We aim for continuous uptime but offer no guarantee of uninterrupted service. Maintenance or outages may occur.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for:

  • Service interruptions

  • Loss of data or business

  • Actions by third-party payment processors

  • Misuse of the Service by users

  • Legal consequences arising from user activity

The Service is provided “as is”.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify the Company from claims, losses, or liabilities arising from misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate access for violations of these Terms, illegal use, or security threats. You may terminate at any time by canceling your subscription.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved under UK jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
